Your helping hands are always needed and appreciated, in School or from your Home.  You do not have to commit to a schedule, but if you can then this would enable us have the work ready for you when you come in.  Take a look at our Up Coming Events list contact a member of the PSO board if you would like to volunteer or any of the events.

What do Volunteers do?

• Assist  Class Teacher, with reading groups, copying, laminating ...
• Assist with Fine Arts Program - Art Room, Media Center ...
• Assist in the Cafeteria - Walk around and hand out napkins, straws etc, and open juice boxes...
• Assist with upcoming PSO Events such as fund raisers, Fall Fun Fest, Gingerbread shop, Book & Health Fair, Open House ...
• Assist in other departments - Front Office, Guidance Counsellor, Parent Power ...
• Assist or become a Room Parent - help with parties, field trips, communicating with other parents ...
• Also looking for a volunteer to coordinate the classroom volunteers

How do Parents Participate?

• Register to become a volunteer at the Front Office
• Complete a FSES Volunteer Program Form and return to your Childs' Teacher
• A PSO Board Member or Class Teacher or Room Parent will contact you or special events
• Whenever you can, volunteer either at School or  from your home - every hour counts.
• Keep your eyes on the "Dates to Rember" on our Web Site -  volunteers are always needed.
